Here’s my story:

I am a native of the Washington, DC area, and am extremely proud to be a part of the vibrant art scene here. Come visit!!!

I play guitar. I write songs (mostly in mall food courts). Then I tour the country, playing them for amazing people like you. I can’t imagine doing anything that makes me happier, or that’s more fulfilling.

All my songs are super personal, and are based on real people and real experiences.


For a while, I had a survival job at a trendy bakery in New York City. As a result, I was totally bitten by the baking bug. Baking is one of my favorite things to do. It makes me feel very zen, and very useful. I’m really good at icing cupcakes—it’s one of my random skills. Got any great recipes? Let’s swap!

I have my own sense of style. I’m a bit of a hippie-refugee-hobo fashionista. I never, ever pay retail. Sometimes when I walk down the street, strangers laugh at my clothes…true story! My favorite outfits usually involve lots of layers, junk jewelry, and boots. I proudly wear fuzzy boots with my sweatpants.I’m obsessed with slipper socks, and firmly believe that you can never have too many pairs. I like having long hair. I haven’t cut it since 2007 but, for some reason, it doesn’t grow past my shoulder blades.

I’m under 5 feet tall. Come stand next to me, and I’ll make you feel very, very big.
